Rates Profile Pictures
- Easy to book / change appointments yourself.
- Photo session in the studio lasts up to about 30 minutes. (…so no time for extensive clothing changes).
- Photography against plain background. (white, grey or black only). See examples 1,2 and 3 below.
- The lighting is adjusted to your face.
- Minimal make-up (mattifying / anti-glam).
- Professional editing (cosmetic retouching) included.
- The photo is optimized for online use.
- Including usage rights (copyright).
- Delivery within 5 working days.
- You receive one edited photo. Extra images cost 25 Euros
- Payment afterwards, and you will receive an invoice in your name.
- No cure no pay.
- Like BASIC profile photo shoot but extra:
- More time: the photoshoot lasts about an hour.
- More backdrops available. Besides examples 1,2,3 also number 4. (see below). Other colours on request.
- Weather permitting, we may be able to take a photo outside (next to the studio).
- Ample time for a change of outfits.
- Time permitting, we can take a Linkedin and a Facebook photograph.
- Personal advice before the shoot available via email.
- Express delivery possible (in consultation).
- Profile picture with something of the working environment (out of focus) in the background. This type of photography can be done fairly quickly. Weather permitting, we could also photograph outside.

- Specific requirements may affect the price.
- Excludes parking fees.
- Travelling costs outside of Amsterdam* not included.
- Profile photos for companies – Special rates for groups of 4 or more.
- Photography at my studio: Your colleagues can book themselves an appointment for a photo shoot at the studio on a date/time of their choice, so everyone can come at a time that suits them best.
- Photography on location: Of course, setting up a studio on location is also possible.
- Option for a free try-out photoshoot available. Because it is often not entirely clear what the series should look like, it can be useful to have a test shot made in my studio beforehand. Then we can decide exactly how the pictures should be and we can get to know each other.

Basic- or extended shoot in the studio?
The biggest difference between a basic shoot and an extended shoot is that we have more time.
Furthermore, the basic shoot is always against a plain background like examples 1,2 and 3. For the extended shoot, it is also possible to choose example number 4.
The plain backgrounds are the most chosen!

Extensive studio opening hours: on working days from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm. On weekends I only photograph on location. Online reservations up to a maximum of three weeks in advance.
NOTICE. Simply changing or cancelling a reservation free of charge is possible up to 24 hours in advance.

Travel expenses
* for photography outside of Amsterdam I will charge travel costs at a rate of 22 Euros per hour and 0.38 Euro per kilometer.
VAT
- Photographs used for business purposes are business expenses. Business clients can deduct these costs from their profits. The VAT can also be reclaimed from the tax authorities.
- The prices quoted include 21% VAT.
